Policy & Procedures

A deposit is required to book an appointment, and will be applied to the balance of your service. 

Deposits are non refundable, but can be used  as a credit towards rescheduled appointment, if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.

Skin Analysis

Involves interactive dialogue about your current concerns, goals, medications, diet and skin care regimen.

If you need to reschedule /cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. 

 If cancelled in the allotted time your deposit can be credited to your rescheduled appointment.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

*Clients are allowed a 20 minute grace period of your scheduled appointment time, after the 20 minutes your appointment can be canceled and deposit will be forfeited.*

It’s important that my clients know that I am following proper protocols to ensure your safety during and after COVID-19.

Please refrain from visiting the spa if, in the two weeks prior to the appointment, you have exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have been in close contact with anyone who has exhibited such symptoms or who tested positive for COVID-19.

I won’t be able to host anyone but the client. Please do not bring other guest(s), other than a parent or guardian for a minor client or a caretaker for a disabled client.
